I literally swear by this ! It cuts, my kids flu or colds or upset stomach in half Usually when they’re sick, they last up to 3 to 5 days sick but now it’s one or maybe two days sick I literally swear by this it’s not a nasty taste . I recommend it

Sambucol Black Elderberry Immune Support Dyrup helps to support your immune system. It is naturally flavored with Elderberry and it tastes great. It is suggested to take daily for maximum benefits. For daily maintenance take 2 tsp daily, adults and children over 4 years. It can be mixed with water, fruit juice, smoothies, etc but I just took it plain, as it tastes great. Its great but I believe the dosage is listed wrong the 10ml shot is a joke…. I drink half the bottle mixed with cranberry juice or fruit punch. If your backed up it doesn’t work that well so get that fixed first.
