Purchased it on Apr 27 2024 and it has functioned/performed very well; I'm sure it will continue to do so for quite some time. Congratulations to Samsung for an outstanding product! (I just know what series it is - couldn't find it, so I just selected one at random from those indicated)

This TV was barely used. In perfect condition. Backlight was set to 45% since day one. The left-side decided to die a week after the warranty expired. Samsung tech said it isn’t the backlight, and is something more serious. Complete garbage. Avoid at all costs. And the OS lag…don’t get me started.

Great TV size and picture quality is good, but the UI on this model is not what I expected. Too much of the screen is dedicated to ads. Secondly the layout of the home page is cluttered. I based this on the fact that I also have a 50 inch Samsung TV ( a newer model ) has a much cleaner home page. The only reason why I replaced my 50 inch with this 65 inch, is because of the size, plus it was gifted to me.

This was a gift from my Grandson(early Xmas). I had high hopes for this tv with the crystal UHD 4k, But viewing wise, it's no clearer or vibrant than my 50' xumo tv. I have adjusted the setting, colors and everything to suggestions various reviews and sites, and still no wow to the pictures. I literally had big expectations for this brand new Samsung. My sister is a big fan of this brand, I can honestly say-I wish I had helped pick out an LG. Not a fan of the remote either. This review is my own, not what others who have the product has experience.

I bought this tv about a couple of months ago because I saw a discount on it. It exceeded all my expectations. The quality is wonderful. The sound is full and immersive. The tv never lags and can handle switching between multiple apps smoothly. The picture quality is amazing and the screen is very bright even in bright rooms.

Bought this TV about 2 years ago, I was quite unlucky at first where within the 1 year warranty, half the screen turned dark. However, I had no issues contacting Samsung and they sent a repairmen in no time. The replacement screen has been working wonderfully so far and the visual quality is great!

We bought this TV about a year ago and we are still very happy with our purchase. It has a great picture, and all the smart TV features we need. It could use an extra input as there are only 2, and the sound quality isn't the best but adding a sound bar is an easy, inexpensive option if desired (we haven't as it is good enough for our bonus room). Great value!
