We really like the look of this TV and the picture quality is great. The sound quality is sometimes poor, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Sometimes it gets really loud without touching the remote. It can be pretty distracting.

KDubbs, Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this: 1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off. 3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope these tips help. Maybe I'm just getting old but I preferred my old tv, easier to navigate channels. I don't like all this app stuff. Tried Samsung support to connect my iPad so the 'frame' feature could be used with my own photos, after 1 hr 30 mins on phone no joy. My I pad is 2 years older than tv so not compatible . That's very disappointing

Beautifully displays artwork or photos

The Samsung Frame TV looks really good on the wall. We hung it in our bedroom, so we did not want the TV to look like it is in a "media" room. It hangs like a picture of the wall. It beautifully displays artwork or a photo. The downside is that it does not display photos in a slideshow very well. The photos are not full screen, and they are cumbersome to add. However, for displaying an individual photo as a piece of art on the wall, it is great . . . you can crop the photo if you want and can select how the picture crops/fits to the screen. The TV is just not great for slideshows. Also, the TV works well with Alexa (except for turning the TV on- Alexa tells me that that action is not supported). Alexa will, however, turn off the TV and do searches, etc. I am happy with the Samsung Frame TV.

I bought this in December and have been unable to watch anything straight through. Keep loosing connectivity. Have had repairmen out twice and factory reset remotely once. Still not working. I hope it will be replaced.

The frames that go around the tv cost as much as the tv itself….ridiculous. No picture frame is worth 600 plus dollars. The art work is subscription based, instead of being able buy one piece….the quality of the art actually looking like a picture/matte finish is not anything to rave about . Everyone who has come over knows it’s a tv displaying art…Extract max profits is what this tv is. Would not recommend. Buy a cheaper tv, display your own art on the tv, get crafty and build a frame for it.

Excellent product. I would buy again and again. Picture not quite as good as current top tier Samsung TVs, but very good… particularly in my application. I didn’t want a room dominated by a big black screen. Samsung does need to do a better job in explaining how it works. Getting everything to work as advertised takes a bit of trial and error and searching the internet.

Outstanding. Bought this for main living space in a 2,500 square foot home. It was a game changer. We have no place to put the TV other than above the fireplace. Having it functional as art when not in use has been fantastic.

Bought the Frame TV and I pay for the yearly subscription to have the art on the screen which was 100% the reason I bought the TV in the first place was to have the look of not a giant TV above the fireplace.... However, there is a black box that flashes on the screen that says NOT AVAILABLE.

The mounting that comes with this TV was excellent. I did go a little above and beyond and mounted the controller box in the wall, which probably doubled the amount of time to mount the TV but that way there is zero showing and it totally looks like a painting.

I bought this tv to hang above my fireplace in our family room. The procedure to mount it on the wall was exceptionally easy…love that flat mount. I needed to place the control box in a nearby cabinet. The tv came with a long cord that made it easy for my specific needs. Great picture. Love it. The remote instructions were somewhat lacking. It took me a while to figure it all out.
