If I'd been able to see this before buying I wouldn't spend $10 on it, let alone $150. It's four plastic strips with magnets, and they don't fit together at the corners-- there's a gap on the diagonals which defeats the point of a TV meant to appeal to aesthetics. It makes it look cheap, because it is cheap. I should have paid attention to the other complaints here but I couldn't believe there would be such a difference between the quality of the TV and this essential add-on. Well, there is. Don't buy this. The TV itself deserves better. The Hisense CanvasTV includes a nice metal one at no additional cost. Samsung's laughing all the way to the bank selling this utter junk.

Ben, Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation: 1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them. 2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides. 3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place. 4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces. Very disappointed in the “The Frame” for the TV. Ot does not look like a frame. Just a white version of what comes around the TV bit in white. I saw your framed TV at a friends and it looked like a picture frame. The one sent does not and that was the main reason why I bought it.

This is our 2nd frame and we couldn't be more than happy with this purchase. When we get visitors they always have compliments on how esthetically pleasing it is and also the image quality. Some didn't even notice that this was actually a TV.

Someone should investigate Samsung for this level of fraud. The audacity to charge this amount of money for such a cheap product is mind-blowing. The only thing worse might be that we all fell for it. If you haven't made this mistake yet, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. To say this was a waste of my money is a massive understatement.
