I just received the Galaxy Go a couple of months as replacement for a stolen laptop. I was so happy with the upgrade until it went completely dead and I now can not get it to charge.

Screen literally went black and won’t charge not even 24 hours of having it! There’s no backlight or no light whatsover letting you know if it’s powered on or anything. Looks very outdated for it to be new.

A blank screen on your Chromebook can be caused by a few issues, but fortunately there's usually an easy fix, such as restarting the Chromebook or performing a reset. I now have 2 of these in the family. I love them. I use one myself and it is absolutely perfect. For the price it is amazing. The battery life is Fantastic. Like I said I love mine so much I bought another for my son's birthday and he loves his too
