This watch could not be set up with my son’s phone, and when I contacted Samsung Galaxy tech support, they told me that this watch is not available in the U.S. and they could not help me with it. I have no idea why Target is selling a smartwatch through a 3rd party that is not even usable in the U.S. We purposely chose to order it through Target thinking they are a trustworthy retailer for purchasing electronics, but we’re incredibly disappointed in this whole situation. We were able to return it to a Target store, but no one there seemed overly concerned about why we were sold a product that we can’t even use. On top of that, we had purchased the protection plan, and we were told we had to contact Allstate directly to cancel the plan and get a refund. When I contacted Allstate I was told I needed to contact Target directly to get a refund. So I called target again and they were able to cancel the protection plan, but would only give me a refund in the form of a gift card, even though I had used my credit card to pay for it. Just super disappointed that we ever ordered this to begin with.
