With some of the bad review out here, I totally disagree. This is the 3rd time order phone from here. order 2 galaxy note9 about 2 years ago, order 2 galaxy s9+ 1 years ago. And guess what alls come in flawless condition, not even 1 scratch front or back. And now I need a new phone ago, I was littler nervous for order this s20 ultra, because of the 2 bad review. However I took my chance again, and guess what people, it come in perfect condition in comis gray, not 1 damage or scratch. I mean what can I say, good luck or what, 3 time, all perfect. So people took my advice, this partner marketing place is way to go for refurbish phone.

There's a point when a phone shouldn't be refurbished. The one I received looked like it had been thrown out of the car window while it was moving. The front, back and camera appear to have been replaced but the body of the phone is trashed. Sent a message over to them about it and no response over a month ago.
For me to be spending almost 700 on a phone, I expect it to be Like new. However, these is not. as soon as I took the phone out of the packaging I see major scratches. Camera is BUSTED!!!!

I saw some mixed reviews, so I felt obligated to post my own. I picked up this phone while on sale, and I must say, I am so impressed. Comparing other prices online, this was the best deal I could find. My network is Xfinity, I put the SIM card in and it works perfectly. Phone is clean, no scratches on the screen or camera, and runs like it was new. I would highly recommend!

I recently purchased this phone to activate it through boost since it’s unlocked. When I received the phone, I was told it needed to be further unlocked in order for me to use it? What’s the point of getting an unlocked phone if I still have to do the rest myself. Ended up returning the phone. Which was another hassle on its on because everyone I spoke to didn’t know what they were doing. One of the most annoying purchases ever. If you guys can fix this, I will consider getting another phone, as LONG AS IT WORKS WITH BOOST and itsfully unlocked
