I brought this during the pandemic, so many problems! Now I use it side by side with a better and cheaper HP X27q. Do not buy, ages old product, the worst panel. Avoid!

blocky and pixelated dark areas: since i got the monitor it either keeps being very pixelated and blocky in dark scenes and transitions. i tried to reset it on both the monitors settings and my gpu-settings but i often ended up with the same dark color problems. it just not looking good when streaming movies. settings: some settings keeps changing and doesn't have a explanation on why, like in some situations it just won't let me change the black equalizer, even after resetting it. i know if it has to be like that, atleast it should come with an explanation. conclusion: dark areas are not good, for that price for 27" 144hz - 1440p gaming is ok i guess, if you don't care about the colors and lightning. it's not good for color work like graphic design or content production.

i've now owned a total of 3 of these monitors. the first one works great, but the second one's power button stopped clicking. i sent it back and the power button worked again. but now there are particles directly in the middle of the screen. i sent it back and they somehow don't even see the particles.i took reference pictures before i so i sent them to the refurb place and they move them from the middle to the side. i'm tired of dealing with sending my monitor back and forth so i deal with it until the power button stops clicking again. so i send it back to and they just offer to refurbish me so i buy a new one. my new one works great, just long enough for the warranty to run out then the power button starts acting up again. safe to say i will not be buying samsung monitors ever again.

15 days after the 1 year manufacturer warranty ended, my screen is now filled with yellow lines everywhere making the whole thing unusable until it's kept on for approx. 2 hours. this is an indication of a failing monitor, and i'm very upset about this. this has happened to others who have purchased samsung monitors with 2-3x the value. find another brand, i'm telling you now.

i own both the jg56 and jg50 and i have some feedback after owning both for about four years. jg50: it has been resilient over the years and continues to work to this day. i notice no diminishing quality of the display, other than a noticeable high pitched noise when the monitor is asleep and the blue light is flashing. jg56: no issues whatsoever other than there being a small crack in the bottom frame, probably due to it being bumped into at one point. it is a high quality monitor and i could not have made a better purchase.

this 144hz monitor is great. i love how fast the response is and i use it to play games, edit video, and photos with and i never have an issue with the monitor. while this monitor is not the perfect monitor for all that for the price it works great for that.

this is just a great, well rounded, monitor. super happy with it that eventually i'm going to buy a 2nd one to have dual screens. i especially love the curvature for dual screens so this will work well and they're 27" so that works out too. the resolution quality is gorgeous. it doesn't take up a lot of space, i bought speakers for it and ended up just placing them under/behind the monitor. the legs are simplistic so you aren't burdened by it taking up a lot of area. for the price you cant go wrong for this model. if you want more specific things like mounting accessories or rotating stand, or more high end resolution stuff, you're just looking for a higher priced monitor. 5 stars.

this monitor is beautiful in all aspects. the performance is astonishing. the action is clear and i have experienced no ghosting, artifacting or blurring. the contrast ratio is the best i have seen. colors are stunning and the anti-glare finish on the panel complete a great monitor package. only negatives are lack of height adjustment on the stand and no way to turn off the status led.

i wouldn't purchase this monitor if i could go back and i'll tell you why. the display itself is being slightly cut off at the bottom the screen, not allowing you to see what windows you have open on your taskbar. there is also motion blur and a ghosting effect when scrolling through anything or moving a window around. samsung makes good products, but this one in particular has some crucial flaws in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had to research long and hard to find a quality monitor for my first ever pc build. this monitor is absolutely stunning! the 27 inches is such an upgrade from my laptop. one thing i noticed is that the stand shakes whenever i type on my desk, the stand may be a little flimsy maybe but i'll have to look into finding a way to strengthen it or maybe put something underneath in order to make less shake. all in all, i absolutely love this monitor and know i made a good choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this item failed at 6 months. but since i couldnt rma with newegg due to terrible warranty length , i had to ship to repair station they provided rma and all cost to ship and repair. its on its way back to me. but i really like this monitor do i bought a new one like one hour after this broke. so when it comes back home ill have 2, give one to my son. yeah it failed but if you can quickly make right , i will march in time with you.
