my biggest complaint is a mix between this charger and my new case, as it will not charge through the thick plastic case i got for my new s20 fe. i tried taking the popsocket off, but still no luck and removing the case every night would be overkill. it seems to work just fine on my old s9+ with a thinner case, but since i'm not really using that anymore it's become kind of moot. i might have to trade with my mom who has a standing charger that actually is powerful enough to charge through the thicker case, looks like a brand i haven't heard of before, and is at least a few years old. :::shrug:::

i use it as it designed to be used-wirelessly charge my phone. what i really appreciate it for is the ability to charge my phone pretty quickly and also provide a nightstand/charger for my phone that i can just grab without worrying about wires and cables being shorted or eventually frayed on the inside or worse, my charging port of my phone being damaged somehow because i pulled the phone from the charging cable too roughly.

I purchased this 14 months ago and it is still working just like the day it was new. I have never had a problem with it. I take it when I travel and it has always worked just fine. Love it.

Chargers through most cases wirelessly and it's quick charge!

I love this charger. its fast and easy to get charging but when I am at my desk and want my phone standing up the charger does not work. connects for a second then disconnects. I think the Galaxy note 9 is to big for the standing position and misses the charger. i would recommend this product if you have a smaller phone

I bought this wireless charger couple of months back and I have been using it regularly. The charging speed is great for my Galaxy Note 9 & I'm glad that I have bought this convertible model which is convenient to charge and use at the same time and also can be used as charging pad.

The idea is cool, and I love that you can have it stand up or lay down, and it does convert easily, but it takes twice as long as the fast charge cord and block to charge! Super annoying and not really pleased, wouldn't waste your money.

I've had this wireless charger for a while now and I've got to say it's the best one I've had from the other iterations. The nice leather design and the convertible nature fits great into any aspect of ones home or office use.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. it fall off the Charger ever time. have to charge it down.

I bought this wireless charger a couple of weeks ago... my first wireless charger. I find it extremely convenient to just drop my phone on the charger rather than chasing down my charging cable. It looks good, works great, and I appreciate the LED telling me that the phone is charging. Quite pleased, thanks!

Have to stick phone exactly correcting position to charge

Have to power cycle every month or so for it to keep working. Have to position the phone just so, etc. Same problems as everyone else here.

My wife love this charger it doesn't charge as fast as the regular but still good for not having to plug it in.

I bought this wireless charger 3 months ago, it worked great and then died last week.

Worst purchase ever can’t even charge without being plugged in

I purchased this product and I had it for a few weeks now. I have a Samsung S9+. To summarize things I must say that it works whenever it wants to. I often have to power cycle the thing to make it work. I keep reading multiple reviews about being a software issue with the phone but even with the latest updates still does not work properly. I don't use a case so that is also not the problem. I believe on a product that works and not trying to find the "sweet spot"

I bought this a few weeks ago with the intention of it being my main charger because of the ease of use with just simply placing my service to charge. I expected this charger, since it is a newer version, to be almost as fast as a wired charger and unfortunately it's about half the speed. My girlfriend who has an S7 edge tried it out and in about an hour's time only charged about 10%. Although I expected more from my first purchase of wireless charger, it seems okay. I'll still use it from time to time now but if need a quick charge I'll go to my wired charger.

Mmmm I was so excited but doesn't charge as fast as I think

I bought this charger excited I could just set my phone on it & let it charge up, quickly. Unfortunately that is not what happens. I bought the Samsung Galaxy S9+ a few weeks ago and needed a 2nd charger, thought this one would be great. My phone was at 64% when I set it on the charger and it said it would take over an hour to charge it to 100%. Really? How is that fast charging? Phone was at 35% and it was going to approx. 2 hrs, ummm not fast charging. Additionally by morning the phone was down to 77% which makes no sense since it wasn't in use while I was sleeping and typically my phone is around 95% in the morning. After reading some of the reviews maybe just maybe the minimal case has something to do with it so I will try it without the case and I will reposition the pad to see if either makes a difference. Right now however I am not impressed with the fast charging wireless charging station. Paid a lot of money for just another charging cable.
