I will say I did have to experiment with different settings on the tv before use because at first glance out of the box it was decent. Also does a decent job with low-quality content smoothing. But I overall really enjoy the tv! My favourite thing about it too is the Game Mode feature! I usually play my PS5 on it and I really enjoy the performance and the color gradient that the tv provides! I would definitely recommend this tv!

I have had this TV since early February, my 3rd Samsung TV in a row. All I can say about this TV (and every time I turn it on) is WOW ! It has amazing picture and clarity and was very easy setup-Roku, Bose soundbar and blu-ray synced right away! I’ve been impressed with 18 years of Samsung TVs and hope this tv lasts 13 years like last one.

The apps are very responsive. The storage can be a bit limiting for apps in the TV itself. I also love the features of the tv remote phone app.

If the image is too dim for your liking, please try disabling some of the TV’s energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting You can also customize the brightness level of your screen between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings Exclusive to OLED, you can also adjust the Peak Brightness setting between Off, Medium, or High to find the one that looks best to you. This function is also found under Expert Settings. Please also make sure you’ve got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. I decided to stick with Samsung out of loyalty. I’ve had my new TV for a few months now and my family compliments the picture when they visit. It is easy to use. The only complaint I can think of is sometimes is a sudden increase in volume during certain scenes in movies or TV. I’m not tech savvy but there may be a setting I could look into to fix this.

The TV makes changes without confirming whether I want them. My wife and I are literally afraid to touch the wrong button on the remote for fear that we'll lose everything. We had a professional setup the TV. He was stumped. If this is the reality of AI, then we are in for a lot of trouble. None of this would be problematic if only the machine would ask us to confirm choices or changes. It doesn't and makes for a harrowing experience just trying to watch TV. Not what I bargained for at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV! The picture quality, contrast, and brightness are outstanding. I have only two minor quibbles. I dislike the interface at large. In my opinion, it's not very intuitive and a bit more complicated than it needs to be. My only other issue is that there isn't enough granularity in the Anynet+ HDMI CEC configuration. I need to be able to set it so that it doesn't send power on/off to my receiver, and it isn't an option. Overall, I really do like this TV, and if I had to do it all over again, I would choose this TV again.
