There are a few things you may want to check: 1) The maximum wireless signal transmission distance is about 33 ft. 2) Electronic devices may cause radio interference. Devices that generate electromagnetic waves should be kept away from the Soundbar main unit - e.g., microwaves, wireless LAN devices, etc. 3) Also, please be sure you have the latest firmware update. However the one in familiar with belongs to my friend and we use it for gatherings, while working on our cars, sitting by the bon fire etc.. it's perfect for all types of music! There's not one thing bad we can say about it. As mentioned i do not own one yet so i don't know all of its features. But my buddy and I frequent concerts, and any time we play music through his Samsung high power sound tower. It feels like we're back at a concert! You will not be disappointed!
