However, I didn't really feel much of a difference. If it did, anything was actually the contrary to what it promises. I'm not really satisfied with the results, but I'm not really sure I'd there is any effectiveness behind the ingredients used

When I first started taking it, it took about two days to notice the change. I started with two pills, but I didn’t notice any results until I increased the dose to the full 3 pills. The pills are not too big and have no taste, which made them easy to take. The first couple of days I would say that these worked within a few hours to help flush out the colon, after that I am not sure if I honestly seen much of a difference of my digestive system change. I have experienced slightly less bloating.
