Unfortunately, I am disappointed in this product. When I first opened the packaging and inserted the USB end into my computer, it worked without issue. Ever since then, whether it is work computer or personal computer, the drive reads as Removable Disk (D:). I am unable to expand, and the populated prompt says "D:\ is not accessible. Access is denied". The only way I am able to access my documents now, is by taking the drive down to IT and having them go into the trenches of Advanced Security and let me get my documents. I will no longer be using this product.

I bought it on sale, and I don't really care about the pride design on it, but it helps it stick out and I appreciate the gesture of support, lol. I just got it for the storage since I can use this one with my tablet. I wish there was a cover on the the end that is "open" like other USBs I've owned, though, you can't protect both at the same time and I could see it getting damaged or debris in it if you take it with you to work or class. If you intend to do that, maybe consider buying some of those cheap USB protector covers that slide over a USB head.

Comes w/ a cute design, smaller than expected but it's a USB drive so I can't complain. It has USB-C so I can use it with my android that is clearly better than [INSERT COMPETING BRAND HERE]! SanDick makes great products and this is just one of the many.
