The radio is pretty decent for the price. It feels hefty and well built, can pick up a lot of stations with ease, and has a clear, crisp sound that is impressive for a pocket radio. However, it's ability to keep a station in tune is very lacking. Without even being touched, it will sometimes completely lose a station and start broadcasting static, causing you to have to fiddle with the tuning nob to get your station back.
