I really like the style of these bar stools. Not only that, but they're very comfortable (even for a tall guy like me). The arms are high, but they are a great height for resting your arms or elbows. I will say, measure your counter and compare it against the height of these chairs as they may stick out a bit due to the high arms (not bad, but definitely something considering).
