Dosage highly recommended. With pumpkin seed oil makes it all the better. Easy to swallow. Also helps keep the hair on your scalp. Which may go along with another age related issue.

I have been taking this brand since last year and am pleased with the results. Notice a difference for the better since taking it. It is organic and also has pumpkin seed oil, which makes a better value.

A lot of supplements claim to do a lot of things. Males have their own worries as we get older. If you google this supplement you'll see a bunch of research saying a mixed bag of things. I take this product because the dosage and concentration. The price is unbeatable too. It may be awhile before I see a benefit but I am willing to take that chance. I have tried a few different ones with varying success, I will give this one a shot as it seems to have a lot going for it.

Saw Palmetto is one of those supplements that has mixed research. But on on the good side of the the research you need at least a dosage of 320mg and 85%-90% fatty acids etc. This product gives you that at a very reasonable price point and quantity. I take many NOW supplements and I have now added this one to my regime. So if your looking a Saw Palmetto supplement for your prostate's possible future health, I would chose this over a lot of the other good offerings out there.
