Q: Are the lights for the button supposed to light up, because only the back portion buttons--hightlighted in black--light up, yet not the front portion of buttons?

I purchased the model SB-110 in middle of July. After installation, I found that the setting of the water temperature did not work properly. I called the help line number on the user manual. Their customer service sent me a replacement free of charge in three business days. This time the product has worked very well! My parents have enjoyed using the product each day. Kudos to their customer service! This is a must-have device for seniors and it is priced so right.
