scünci be-ü-tiful Satin Knot Headband - Sage Green

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I loved how cute this headband looks! The sage green is a perfect neutral color and goes great with many casual day to day outfits. I loved wearing this to make a messy bun look a bit more put together. The fit of the headband is good and doesn't slide off easily despite the satin material (i believe it's a plastic inner layer). Something to note if you are a glasses wearer is it does have a slightly wider band near the ear then I'm used to (didn't taper too much) so didn't fit the best with one of my pairs of glasses with thicker ends but was fine with another pair I had with skinnier tips. While I do tend to get sensitive on the sides of my head from wearing these types of headbands, especially with my glasses, this one didn't seem to bother me much for the first several hours when wearing, so was perfect for errands. That being said if you are sensitive to headband tightness and prefer a metal/adjustable inner band, it may be best to test fit this in store! Overall love it and recommend trying!

This Scrunci product is a gorgeous sage green satin and feels comfortable - nothing digs or applies uncomfortable pressure. However I don't really like the way it looks on me - the top knot sits high and looks silly in contrast to my side part and relatively fine straight hair. It think it would look great on someone with more hair texture/volume on top (and possible no part).

I liked the shine to it until I put it on and then it seemed a little too shiny for my personal taste. Additionally it didn't feel very comfortable. It wasn't the best fit on my head and I'm not sure why. I kept trying to adjust it and it never seemed to work out right. It didn't lay flat on my head unless it was pushed way back on my head which looked silly and didn't like. It also was difficult with my glasses to get a good ear position. Overall it wasn't the headband for me. I wouldn't purchase this one again but would try others.

It is loose enough that I don't get a headache but nice enough that I can wear it with some jewelry and feel really put together. Love these satin products! Looks 3x the price that it is.

I’ve been on the look out for a headband just like this. It’s perfect for curly hair bcus of the satin. It started to hurt the sides of my head about 4 hours into wearing it, but it wasn’t too bad. Looking to buy more colors!
