I have very long and thick hair. I like to use these to these smaller clips when I am wearing my hair down but want it off my face. What I like about these is that they actually hold my hair back. There is a grip on the inside that actually works.

The new versions of these are made of the cheapest plastic and there is no longer the nonslip grip on the inside. Disappointing because the original was amazing.
