Received a damaged product. Color is also not what is there in the picture

I just purchased the beige ottoman! and I must say it exceeded my expectations... it is quite high and very sturdy n very hard which is a plus! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I use it as extra seating at the foot of my bed and also for my dog...

The bench is pretty when put together but I think I got a defective one.. One of the drilled holes wasn't drilled all the way to the end and when I placed the screw it, it chipped. You can't really tell when the washer and screw are completely in.. the bench also wobbles. I think one side is much shorter than the other so it rocks when you press on it. Notice how high the right side is from the floor.. I did not over tighten, I think it is just the part. For the price, I did not expect this level of quality. Typing to decide whether I should just return it..

This ottoman was packaged so securely, I felt like a child on Christmas morning. The velvet ties to the legs to ensure no slipping and sliding. Needless to say the packaging alone blew me away. The ottoman is a nice rich deep red color, the height isn’t ideal for tall folks but it does the trick. Photo is as close to the color I can see in person.

This bench is attractive, sturdy and easy to put together. However, I am returning it. I got the bench that is labeled light green, looks like a nice creamy yellow in the picture, but is actually a horrible brown yellow green. I really cant imagine what color scheme it would work with.

This is a nice bench but I only gave it four stars because the color was more Scarlett then the photo portrayed.

It arrived before time and I were surprised about that. Easy to put together, it sits a little low but not that much I love the color it looks grayish but I chose the different browns so when I turn on the light it’s what I picked out.

Ordered this ottoman for my foyer and I absolutely love it! It is just as pictured (light beige) and does sit low but is pretty sturdy. It was easy to attach the legs and definitely adds to my decor. Also, in terms of shipping, it came much quicker than expected. Great buy!

This seems like a solid bench with a very-cushiony seat. Our only problem was in deciding whether to order the color labelled "light green" since the picture looked more like the golden color we actually wanted. The color does look more like a "muted light dusty green" (hard to describe), depending on the lighting. We decided to keep it even though it wasn't exactly the color it looked to be in the photo.

the royal blue is super pretty. Honestly you cannot beat the price. easy to assemble in minutes. a no brainer.

Deep tufting...modern dark brown legs..easy assembly [I am 70 yrs. old..female] sturdy yet not heavy.. beige tint option color, is true light beige not off white..comfortable.. A real find for updating a room for stylish decorating on a budget .I Love it..

The legs have someone's fingerprints in the paint. The color isn't what it appeared on the screen. I am returning it. It is a lovely piece and the fingerprints in the black paint is not readily seen.

Beautiful for the price, pretty sturdy too. Just wish it was a little higher. Overall it’s a great value and would highly recommend.

Ended up returning, but was disappointed because I liked the bench so much--love the legs, and sturdiness; however the color was much different than pictured (much more brown/gray than beige), so didn't work in my home. I checked with customer service before returning and it turns out that yes, the beige is that dark and I didn't just get the wrong item.

I really like the bench, it's all that I anticipated it would be EXCEPT for the color. I have wanted a red leather bench with black legs for years. I saw this bench and fell in love with it so much to the point I skipped the leather and went with the cloth. When it arrived the color is NOT red, it's burgandy. I'm going to keep it and use it in another room until I get my red leather bench with a black legs. Who makes these products...I read reviews before I ordered but everyone was commenting on another color, wish I had seen these comments about the red bench.

This ottoman is beautiful. The color matches the listing photo and it's perfect in my living room. There is a slight smell to it from the manufacturing. My couch had the same thing and it eventually went away after it aired out, so I'm sure the ottoman will, too.
