Description
The School Smart 3-hole heavy duty punch is a quality classroom hole puncher that can punch up to 40 sheets of 16 lb paper at a time. Fully adjustable, the 3-hole puncher features a neutralizing center head and easily converts from 3 to 2-hole punch when needed. (Please Note: To minimize shipping size and protect the paper punch arm, this item is shipped with a black piece that locks the arm down. It is removed by pressing down on the arm and pulling the piece out.)

If you want a heavy hole punch, this is the one! SEVERAL of these were purchased by our school and they are heavy and the guide slides too easily. It will not stay in place so you have to check it every time you use it. I felt a little stupid trying to unlock it and finally found a matching black "plastic" piece that you remove from the side. You either think you are tearing it up or you just take a chance. I removed it and ta-da!

I have gone through two of these. The punch slides are made of white metal and break easily leaving the device useless.
