I just purchased these "Heavy Duty" anti slip pads and they literally lasted 30 minutes...yes 30 minutes! We bought these to put under our sofa to keep in place on a hardwood floor. I applied them to a clean 1.5 inch surface. They went on easy and were firmly in place so it isn't a installation problem. The first time we sat on the sofa the sofa moved and the rubber pad separated from the cushioned portion. Did not expect a 3M product to fall apart like they did! What a disappointment!

The grip of the couch to the floor was great. It is the adhesive that keeps the grips on the furniture that is useless. They didn't last a day with 2 active dogs and 2 active 8 year old.

So far so good I put this under my modular couch legs so they wouldn’t keep slipping away from each other on my hard wood floors. Seems to work great so far I’d say there worth it for heavy furniture that you don’t intend on moving.

I purchased a 4-pack of these for the bottom of my couch legs to keep them from slipping on the hardwood floor as people sat down. Three of four of them ripped the adhesive layer from the layer with gripping dots right after I applied them, as I was lifting the other legs to apply! They are completely useless.

2 years ago we had hardwood flooring installed so I purchased these pads for use on 4 different pieces of furniture (2 chairs, a loveseat and a sofa). To my dismay the hardwood is now discolored under all 4 pieces. The flooring for under the other pieces of furniture on which I used felt pads is fine. Very disappointing.

The stoppers work for less than a week. Unfortunately I bought 3 packs and all were a disappointment. The adhesive separates and then will leave marks on the floor.

Bought two sets of these for chairs that I would prefer not slide around on my wood floors, to keep them in place and keep the wooden chair feet from scuffing the floor. I was replacing the original set of similar feet I bought several years ago. Within a few days, half of them had detached from the adhesive (it’s still on the chair feet), and within a week all of them have detached. We use the chairs regularly and my one son tends to almost throw himself or jump into the one he prefers, but even that doesn’t account for the failures on the second chair.
