No instructions and very cumbersome and difficult to use

I am soooooo upset with this tape! I've been buying it for years and lately it is horrible! It simply won't stick to the boxes. Easily comes off. Doesn't keep it closed unless you use a ton of it! Hate it! Will never buy it again! I'd rate it zero but it doesn't let me.,

Strong, reliable, and tough. Scotch brand never disappoints. Bought it as an extra item, great value.

Perfect for wrapping even the largest packages. The red portion is easy to grasp and then tape comes out smoothly. Rarely gets stuck to itself

Easy and durable to use when moving! My boxes were secure and made moving so much easier. Worth spending extra for the brand name

It is good tape but the dispenser is terrible! Not worth the headache of trying to use it.

Three ibuprofens and hour later, still struggling to figure out how to release beginning of tape roll so I could start using it. There was no tab to pull on end of tape to get it started. There were no directions on package, either. Finally put roll under bright light and examined. There is an INVISABLE perforation that needs to be broken and tape then released. There was no way to know this on the package.

I love this tape but can not find the replacement tape for the dispenser. There used to be a box of 6 without the dispenser. Trying to save the environment by not buying the dispenser when I don't need one, just want the tape.

Zero - Maybe never buy Scotch again - the other tape items I bought performed OK, but this one Crazy-Fail. Will take back for refund. 3M / Scotch has been good brand for my 70 years ; this item is stunningly bad. Shame.

I recently purchased a role of the "heavyduty" shipping tape. In trying to use it in the disenser, it's bring nothing but a problem. The tape is so thin and cheap that it separates into shreads. It then becomes very difficult to pull all the pieces together and get back to a full width strip of tape. The role is now in the trash and I'll never purchase this product again.

The box was sent from Maryland to Florida via USPS and was received in good condition. Happy with the quality.

I had a little difficulty figuring out how to work the dispenser but after I learned the device was very easy to use. The tape itself is very sturdy and sticky. Some of the boxes that I sealed were a little damp from the rain and the tape held excellently. I will definitely buy this product as it met all of the criteria I look for when planning to seal and send packages.

It dispensed very easily and smoothly. This tape is strong enough to tape cartons of books with just one strip! The adhesive on the tape really holds. The other thing I like about this tape is that it is clear so it can easily be used over labels without fear of covering important shipping information. The amount and length could be a little longer but it’s enough. The tear teeth are sharp and make it easy to get any size piece you need.
