Q: I love this product, but the last wand I got didn't put out soap. I had to squirt soap on it in order for it to work. Could you please tell me how to get it to work please
A: The brand expert must not realize the new design doesn't have a button. I wish it did then I wouldn't have to find a new brand.

Q: Used this product for many years, it was great up until the last few years. When I stand it up in my sponge holder it leaks all the soap out. Is there any way you can fix problem? I buy other brands.

Q: Have they fixed this product or do they sell immediately have mold all through the sponge? Me and my daughter are having this problem and it starts when they're brand new. I've been buying them for years and this wasn't a problem till now.

Q: Do these have a hole in them or not? One photo in the listing shows a hole and the second photo they do not have one.
