Cut a 1” slit in the film
Microwave on high for 3:15 minutes (1100 Watt Microwave)
Let stand for 1 minute. Caution bowl will be hot
Peel back film
STIR THOROUGHLY to mix the sauce

Found this in a section of my grocery store far away from the normal frozen meals. So glad I picked it up! It shouldn't be in with the other frozen meals, because it's so fresh tasting and delicious!

I have a 1250 watt microwave & cooked this salmon bowl for 4 minutes instead of 3:30, way above the guidelines recommended. I checked the temp of the salmon & it was 88 degrees. On the back it says it should be 166 degrees, but that would mean cooking it waaaay over the time recommended. I'll let anyone know if I get sick, but this needs to be corrected in the directions. I used a microwave that was 150 watts above the recommendation and for a longer time, so why was the salmon still not up to the stated 'safe' temperature? FYI, my temp gauge is accurate. Please advise.

I tried this for the first time today (for lunch) and within a FEW bites, i already knew i was going to go back and get more. The flavor, the sauce, everything is good!! I tried to eat slow, to savor the flavor!! (Lol) Great job!

I love the flavor of this bowl and the quality of the salmon is shocking for a frozen meal! Also very surprising there was no "fishy" smell cooking this in the microwave.
