Cut a 1” slit in the film
Microwave on high for 3:15 minutes (1100 Watt Microwave)
Let stand for 1 minute. Caution bowl will be hot
Peel back film
STIR THOROUGHLY to mix the sauce

I brought the salmon meal,normally I would not try a salmon meal, but it looks good on the box …sodium was under 700, so I said try it… WOW, delicious… one of the best frozen dinners I’ve ever had

Not sure if I just got a bad batch, but this was horrible. Salmon was insanely fishy and had dark brown/green spots on it. Too much bell pepper as well. Couldn’t even take three bites and had to throw it away on my lunch break. Ate Fritos instead.

I liked Scott & Jon’s garlic scampi with rice but couldn’t find it. Saw this instead and since I’ve been on a salmon binge, said why not. Upon removing from the microwave, I was hesitant: there was an herb that was very strong. After stirring and letting it sit, I took a bite: not bad at all! The Mediterranean smell is stronger than it tastes. Salmon is nicely cooked and not fishy (though the portion is kind of small). Rice is decent for an instant meal. Prob only eat this sparingly, as for the serving size, there’s a lot of sodium (680). 280 calories is nice, though. Overall, it’s a Nice healthy meal when it’s crunch time at work or I’m tired after a long day. I pair it with some veggies since it’s a small meal (maybe 1-1.5 cups total?) Def get it again!

This is one of the best, if not the best, bowl produced by Scott & Jon. It tastes really good and is one very healthy bowls with the salmon, the quinoa and brown rice. It has fiber and a huge serving of whole grains in the form of the quinoa and brown rice.

I took a chance on this salmon bowl with the hopes that it would look and taste as good as the photo on the box. Wow was I surprised! Microwaved it for exactly 3:15 and it tasted even better than it looked! Usually with any type of frozen meal I am left feeling hungry after but not this time. The salmon chunks were delicious and the rice/quinoa mix was extremely tasty. I just hope they keep this on the shelf for awhile, usually when I find something I like it's for a limited time and then gone.

I’ve never seen a salmon bell before… this was terrific! Good sized pieces of salmon that tasted really fresh. Veggies weren’t soggy like other brands. Good job!

The packaging is surprisingly accurate in regards to how fresh and colorful the contents appear after microwaving. The meal is extremely flavorful and filling. Even the salmon chunks have natural flavor which does not seem to happen often with microwave meals from other suppliers. The mix of components delivers a pleasing blended taste without feeling any one ingredient is dominating the experience.

I enjoyed the meal. I didn’t get much of a “Mediterranean” flavor but it tasted good, and the size of the peppers were big enough to add good flavor. There was plenty of quinoa and rice. I would get it again.

I was very pleased with the Mediterranean Salmon Rice and Quinoa Bowl. This is an easy to prepare, delicious meal. The aroma is delightful and the prepared bowl is visually pleasing. I was impressed with the quality and fresh taste of the salmon. The texture and taste of the grains and veggies appeared as fresh as if they were prepared from scratch. I would look forward to having this bowl weekly.

Loved this meal. I was skeptical of microwave salmon, but this was shockingly good! It didn't smell up the kitchen which was another pleasant surprise. A good portion size and tasty veggies, I'm glad I tried it!
