DIRECTIONS FOR USE: HOW TO USE: Apply to a Cleaner toilet. 1. Slide the two pieces together so that the button on the gel tube snaps into the first hole on the blue handle. 2. Remove cap and position end of gel tube near the rim on inside of bowl. 3. Press and hold button down while pushing unit towards the bowl. When button clicks into the next hole, pull unit back to leave a gel stamp. 4. Replace cap securely and store. Retain outer sleeve for full use and safety instructions.

This is as hot mess don’t bother. It smears everywhere and doesn’t work. Looks like a glob of goo hanging on your toilet. The Lysol ones are more efficient & look like flowers stamped on. I returned mine for a full refund. What a scam.

I really wanted to like this product. The application process did not work for me. It comes out in globs and more than at a time. It seems simple to use but it is not and I was very careful. The scent was ok, not necessarly overpowering. Unfortunately, I will have to find something else to use.

This is the second time I purchased one of these, and the applicator does not seem to function properly. I try carefully to apply one notch and somehow always end up getting two globs worth of product. It's very frustrating. I won't be purchasing again. Looks like a weird blob in the toilet bowl.

Save your money and just buy regular toilet bowl cleaner. I got this because I have fairly hard water and was hoping it would help with reducing the iron buildup in the toilet bowl. It does not. I got much better results with regular toilet bowl cleaner (or good old-fashioned baking soda and vinegar) than with this thing. I have to scrub the toilet way more now than I did before. And the smell is horrendous. You can smell it throughout the entire house. I feel terrible about the extra plastic waste this generates for no reason.

Awful Design and Weird Application

This was super disappointing. First of all, who designed this?! I hate it. I wasn’t sure how much force to apply when installing this in the toilet bowl and accidentally dispensed two gels on top of each other in the toilet, so now it looks like a jellyfish lives inside my toilet bowl. There needs to be a better design in place to allow the dispensing of only one cleaning gel per application, to prevent this happening. I feel like I just wasted money getting two of these sticky monstrous globs attached to my toilet bowl. I will continue using the Lysol brand that has one gel per appliqué because that just makes more sense and doesn’t look like a mysterious adult toy hanging out in my bathroom cabinet. It does smell good, though.

We decided to try this product when our son suggested it, and it's worked okay enough with the well water in our toilets. Even so, now we've reached the end of our starter pack, and in doing what even this website says, we've kept the dispenser for a refill. We went to the store yesterday, and there were NO refills, just new sets with the plastic tube that I'm hoping is recyclable. I'm not sure that we should continue this product if they can't provide refills for a product without giving us more hard plastic to recycle. I know how to properly clean a toilet, and I really don't need this product to do it and my bathrooms will always smell just as good as with this product in the first day or so.
