Q: Can I split up and freeze individually
A: If you split up the fillets while frozen and individually store them in air tight containers, this shouldn’t be an issue!

Q: How long can i travel with this before they defrost
A: It all depends on the temperature the fish is being stored at while traveling and the length of the trip. Without knowing those factors, we can’t truly answer this question. If it's a normal car ride from the grocery store to home, that wouldn't be an issue!
