Q: do I have to defrost it first before cooking can you please give me the directions and oven temperature thank you
A: No, you do not need to defrost the fillets before cooking. We recommend you cook from frozen. Cooking Directions for Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400ºF. Placed frozen fillets in a single layer on shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155ºF before enjoying! Use care not to overcook.
