The texture of the material on top is like a microfiber cleaning cloth so it’s very irritating to change the fitted sheets as the material grips and doesn’t allow the fitted sheet to glide

I am not normally a warm sleeper, but my husband and I both noticed that we were waking up in pools of sweat with this mattress protector. We would go to bed chilly with a blanket on and wake up with a visible layer of sweat on the sheet beneath us. I guess it proves that the protector is actually waterproof, but we’ll be switching to something without the layer of plastic underneath.

I shopped around for a while to find a waterproof mattress cover for our toddler and decided to spend a little more on this "brand name" one even though there are some negative reviews. Needless to say it has been christened and has held up - nothing leaked through to the mattress. I put a disposable bed pad (up and up brand bc they are great) underneath anyways but it does not look like we will need it. In the end I think this was worth it.

Bought this for my new mattress because of all the positive reviews.. I was looking for something that was quiet.. However when i put it on my bed it was way bigger, wasn’t a snug fit so when you lay down all you hear is LOUD crinkles… it sounds like a diaper if i’m being honest lol

Purchased 2 for my toddlers big kid bed. He has had several accidents and although it has kept the mattress protected it has been damp when I took everything off to wash. I would not categorize it as being 100% waterproof. We are shopping for new ones to replace and just have these as backup.

The reason for having this is because I let my dog sleep on my bed and do not want dirt paws, dander or maybe an accident staining my expensive mattress. The issue I had with my old protector is that it was SO LOUD. It would wake me up at night! I'm thankful for this Sealy protector because a little extra quality goes a long way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Soft Comfort Mattress Protector fit well on my Queen Mattress, The deep corner pockets were perfect and very pleased the elastic holds them in place. The mattress protector feels nice to the touch and feels like added comfort after placing a sheet over it. I have a tendency to sweat while sleeping, so the plastic liner underneath seems to be helpful feature for me. I've only used it for a few nights and I have not laundered it yet, but so far I am pleased with it.

The material is soft and had no issues with washing. It comes with the waterproof backing which will certainly extend the life of the mattress. I use one at all times on all my mattresses. Overall it's a great product.

It's waterproof as well so it's perfect for young children in case of accidents. It washes and dries easily. It also doesn't get too hot while on the bed and I know that can be an issue with some mattress pads.
