Worst experience ever! Do NOT order a 3rd party gift card from Target. First off you’ll never receive it and when you can they will give you the run around until ultimately 23 days later they’ll finally believe you didn’t get it and will issue a refund a week after Christmas. My mother didn’t get her gift because they would take care of the situation BEFORE Christmas. Now I have to wait for the refund and order another gift on January 1,2025. Never again. The worst customer service experience.

"I ordered multiple giftcards. When I tried to use them at macy's online, the card was declined. I called happy cards customer service listed on the back of card. They told me they are not meant to be used online. I went to macy's store to make a purchase. I was told that because this is not a giftcard but a payment card, I cannot use more than 1 card at a time. I called Target to return these cards because I can't use them online or use in multiples. Target rep told me that because these were giftcards, I can't return them. Target should state that these cards are not for online use and can't be combined."
