A: To avoid fines for one of 1,000's of cancer-causing chemicals in a product, companies opt to label all Prop 65. It takes research, testing & $$ to NOT use the the label in CA. So you never really know

A: Hi Barbara, Yes , both front wheels stay together. You can't pull them out, but truth is all our 4 wheels are all aligned and balance.

A: Hi the weight capacity is 150 lbs. A child could fit easily but it doesn't have any straps to secure them.

I thought the two wheels in front would make for easy turning but unfortunately it just made for easy TIPPING! If the load in front is heavier on one side than the other, It will fall over if a sharp turn around is attempted. I guess once you know what works best for loading & learn to take wide turns, it functions just fine. Still a bit tough to pull through sand either way.
You need this! Just buy it!
