Q: Does each pack have an opening on top to take the towelettes out individually or are each of them sealed?

Q: Can these be used for an incontinent adult without causing a UTI?

Q: What are these comparable to? I want something like the Huggies simply clean that are stronger and softer than the old up and up ones we got a decade ago. Hoping the improved.
