I always associated whitening toothpaste with damaging the enamel and making my teeth more sensitive. That isn't the case that I can tell with the sensodyne whitening. I can tell a difference in the whiteness of my teeth and the little bit of cold and sugar sensitivity I had are gone. The Sensodyne Clinical White Intensive Clean Toothpaste is no exception. After using it for a month, I can say that this toothpaste provides excellent cleaning and breath freshening properties without being abrasive or damaging. I love ice cold waters and this toothpaste has helped with my teeth being too sensitive and I have noticed it has whitened my teeth. I would compare the whiting to the crest 3D whitening toothpaste. It takes time for results but it does work.
