The taste was off. Not usual minty flavour that I'm used to. I can't help but think this is why it was so cheap for a 2 -pack. Sometimes a good deal isn't as good as it seems.

I've been using Sensodyne for decades, in the last two years though I had to switch to another brand that did not contain SLS because my mouth was full of sores. After years of using Sensodyne I could not use it anymore. Imagine my delight when my hygenist told me that Sensodyne Pro Enamel stopped using the SLS, YEA!! I just started reusing it and the instant burning isn't happening yet. If it continues like this, I'll change the rating to a 5!

I have learned I'm very sensitive to products containing sulfate, so much so, my lips have an allergic reaction to other paste. But I'm happy to say this product does the job without causing irritation. Great toothpaste.
