Bought for my very busy son who struggles with focusing on homework. I created a wonderful desk/nook space for him and I think this chair finishes it off perfectly. It creates a little bit of a hazard since a chair always gets grabbed to reach something up high, etc., but he has learned after a few trials (and errors!). I love it! It does help him sit at his desk longer! I bought it when he was 6, now 7. Still a great size. I have it at an Ikea children’s desk and it is a great height for it.
Ok chair

The website says this chair holds over 200 lbs but that is absolutely false! The paper that comes with the product says weight limit is 150 lbs.
Fabulous for children with extra sensory needs!

This chair has been fantastic for my 5 year old who is autistic and has ADHD. The wobble back and forth helps him stay seated while fidgeting and helps calm his sensory system. It has been fabulous for us, and I plan to buy two more for his neurotypical siblings who also like to wiggle while concentrating.

Bought a pair of these to go with the bly activity table. It's a decent height for my 5 year old, with some room for her to grow into. My two year old has to climb to get onto it, but also enjoys sitting in it. I have not experienced my kids tipping the chair over or anything like that. Very easy to assemble and feels like it'll last.
Not a teen desk chair

I did not get to put it together it was much smaller than a desk chair. It would be nice for a small child.

this chair is super cute and ALMOST exactly what we were looking for. it's a very pretty color and rockes. we got this chair for me teen with add who moves a lot while doing her school work. the issues are, 1. this chair is for smaller kids. like maybe to age 9 or 10 but will not sit at the proper height for a teen at her desk. I noticed there are 2 versions of this on the site so if looking for an older child be aware. and 2. while it's easy to build one of the fittings the screw goes into cam stripped and we could only get 3 of the 3 screws tightened. it will be going back and I'll be getting the larger size as my teen was very excited and loved it for herself and space.
I like it

This is basically a rocking chair, it’s very well made and would fit his table at school (kindergarten) I have a highly active little boy who the teacher says flips his chair all the time at school and struggles during writing bedside they’re supposed to be still and silent for the writing period. His dr told me that some kids need to move in order to focus, and recommended a wobble stool. Teacher was concerned he’d flip the stools and get hurt, so was resistant. I found this one, and my son sat down and wrote an entire page of words! Normally it’s a struggle to get him to write one sentence without getting up. He started a second page, and at that point he did flip this chair. We are thinking of putting a rubber band or stopper of some sort so it can’t go all the way forward to flip, but over all i consider it a win!
Perfect for kids that cant sit still

Thank you target for bringing these chairs back!! A similar version to what we bought previously. Easy to put together, the larger chair works great for my 9 year old and the smaller chair is perfect for my 7 year old!
