I recieved my chair and it was supposed to be Black Rattan and when I opened the box it was cream/white rattan. When I call customer service the only option they gave me was a return. So very disappointed this was my Birthday present. The black is now unavailabe and the brown that is still listed as avaiable is $90 more and they will not exchange the product.

I purchased this chair from target thinking it would be a decent quality. I order a black egg chair and the one that showed up was white. We had to go to our local UPS store to pick it up cause they said the package was damaged too badly. When we got there, there was no package just lots of pieces everywhere and Missing lots of parts . I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying this product from target to look elsewhere. Target was very little help. They did send me a ticket to return it, but said it had to be returned in the box. There was no box I will never buy from target again
