About the Author
Ed Stetzer holds the Billy Graham Chair of Church, Mission, and Evangelism at Wheaton College and serves as executive director of the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism. He has planted, revitalized, and pastored churches, trained pastors and church planters on six continents, holds two masters degrees and two doctorates, and has written dozens of articles and books.
Patrick Johnstone has informed and inspired a generation of Christian workers with his Operation World books, which have sold 2.5 million copies. He lives in Cambridgeshire, England, where he serves as a regional director for WEC International's European bases. His most recent book is The Future of the Global Church.
Dean Merrill has written or cowritten more than forty books, including Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire (with Jim Cymbala) and Too Small to Ignore (with Wess Stafford). He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
