Q: Bought botanical prints one print has 2 small black imperfections underneath the plexiglass! They look like bugs! Anyway I can open to remove the backing to clean the plexiglass of black residue?

Q: Is lists the demensions as 16x20" Is that exterior of frame, interior of frame, or interior of the matting? I'm especially interested to know the interior dimensions of the matting. Thank you!

I bought these for a small bathroom to add a subtle touch of color/contrast. With some light green towels and fake plant, I’m so happy with the affect. I don’t know what happened in the process, but while removing the packaging, my husband ripped part of the backing for one, which he fixed with a little packing tape. Watch what you do and I think you’ll love these.

I bought this in store and when I put it up in my house I realized I did not get what is shown on the tag. They are the same instead of one being different and it doesn’t look great.
