Q: Have people received the chair shown, with one horizontal rail in front? Or did they receive different chairs -- with two horizontal rails, one in back and one in front?
A: Also received completely different chairs than the ones photographed/displayed. 2 horizontals rails in front/back, as well.

Q: Photos on the Target website feature chairs with a high front bracket between the legs. Our just-purchased chairs unexpectedly have two brackets (front and back). Why the difference?
A: We did not get the correct chairs either. Target support only offered to refund or send replacements but could not garuntee that we would get the correct chairs in the picture from the listing.

Q: Can the feet protectors be removed? We do not think they will glide well on our rug. Thank you.

A: Two sides of the legs, front brace, and seat (4 pieces, 8 screws).

Q: The description says the overall height of this chair is 28 inches, yet it says the seat back is 14" and the distance from the floor to the seat is 19". Is the overall height 28 inches or 33 inches?
A: Overall height is 31”. To the top of the front of the seat is 19”, but it does bow down some into the seat.
