Lots of positives on these stools: they look great; they arrived in perfect condition; they're very solid - no give to the back or the legs at all (and I'm over 200 lbs); the covering seems like a high quality - it seems thick, and has a matte finish (rather than the cheap, shiny stuff), and it really holds you in the seat; and there's a zipper on the cover (tho I'm not sure why). The only downsides: the tabs that hold the seat to the legs are welded on, and I have some concerns that they'll hold up long-term; and I would have liked the back to be a bit more upright for support. But all in all, I'm very happy with these.
