You can also purchase an additional protection plan that will provide 5 years of coverage to your purchase which begins after the 1 year limited warranty expires. One of the chairs legs is shorter had to put 2 pads under it and it still is a bit short on that side and one of the holes was steupped where the screw goes in so my husband had to fix it. Otherwise the chairs are well made and sturdy

I typically do not purchase extended warranties; however, 3 years ago I did. I had to utilize it due to the chair leg breaking and it was a great experience. Once the warranty folks received my information and pictures; they replaced my chair quickly.
