I loved the look of these but they are crooked and don’t sit flat on your table, i tried to exchange them but was told that was not available. Can someone tell me why

Damaged...twice!

I ordered this item twice. Both times, one of the handles on the largest tray was broken off completely. Also, the largest tray was warped. It would not lay flat.
