A: Thanks for asking! The formulas used in our Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner and our Disinfecting Bathroom Cleaner are the same. The only difference between the two is the delivery of the product as it leaves the bottle. The Disinfecting Multi-Surface Cleaner releases a spray, while the Disinfecting Bathroom Cleaner releases a foam. Many consumers find that the foam is more effective at cleaning shower walls and other bathroom surfaces, however both cleaners can be used for disinfecting nonporous surfaces around the home. These products are compatible with the following surfaces – “compatible” meaning that they will not harm these surfaces. Nonetheless, it is in general a good idea to spot test compatibility in an inconspicuous place, specifically for sensitive or porous surfaces. These products are suitable for disinfecting hard, nonporous surfaces. They can also be used to clean and deodorize certain other surfaces - we hope this helps.

A: Our Disinfectant products have not been tested for use against mold. They are approved to kill germs and virus'. It is possible they can be effective against mold, we just have not done the testing on this.

This amazing cleaning product is effective at disinfecting surfaces and killing 99.9% of germs. I use this mainly for my kitchen countertops and it works and smells great. The smell is lemongrass citrus and it smells so clean and fresh. The value of this product is you get what you pay for. It is a USDA Certified Biobased Product so it is environmentally friendly. The packaging is aesthetic and is effective at making consumers want to purchase the product.

I love that this is made with essential oils. It’s inexpensive and I find it at most stores. It’s in an easy to use spray bottle. It cleans and disinfects at the same time. It controls odors and is safe to use with small kids and animals. It is made with fewer harsh chemicals, or safer chemicals than typical alternatives. It helps to reduce your use of exposure to substances or chemicals can may be more harmful to your health and the environment.

Saw this was $4.99 and decided to give it a shot. I’m normally a colorox user but when I tried spraying this in the restroom, first thing I noticed was the scent. BEWARE it will make your restroom smell worse than what it is. Nasty smell. Won’t be buying again.

This was my first botanical disinfectant purchase and I was a bit skeptical at first, but it's proven to be an effective cleaner and I've used it throughout my home. I don't care too much for this scent, but that's just personal preference and I will repurchase in a different scent.

Purchased this cleaner a couple of weeks ago. First time I used it I was shocked at the chemical scent that was supposed to be 'lemongrass citrus scent'. I had sprayed and wiped my floor with it and once I smelled it I immediately washed my floor with a different cleaner so my dogs weren't not able to ingest this product in any way. Decided to use it in my bathroom where my dogs couldn't be exposed. Sprayed it into my sink and the cleaner ate the paint off of my black drain hardware. No lie. How can this stuff be safe without having to rinse?

It smells SO bad. Extremely strong unpleasant rancid lemongrass scent. I would’ve like my bathroom to smell fresh after I was done cleaning but I had to air it out for several minutes because it was so bad. Also, It did not cut the pink mold in the shower.

I really wanted to love this because I could sanitize the whole outside of toilet and let air dry without wiping down. However, the smell is so bad that I can't stand it. I have found other 7th Gen products with this scent are equally nasty. Good product but bad scent.

After trying some brands of all purpose cleaner, I choose this one. This spray cleaner works really well. It works great on countertops, appliances, and even in the bathroom, leaving everything clean without any harsh chemical residue. The spray bottle is so convenient and easy to use.
