Excellent plush feel. I especially like the fact the pile/carpeting rolls *over* the edges to give it a nice clean look (see photo of edge in item listing). There’s no seam visible. I’ve had it for 2 years and will probably replace it soon, but we are rough on it with our dog and daily vacuuming.

The rug is nice, but the description of the item was way off. It should be white & grey coloring. There was just as much white as there was grey. I was expecting too receive a solid grey color rug and was disappointed that it was not that at all.

We purchased this rug to replace the Calefornia Safavieh that we've had for many years. This rug is so soft & plush! everyone who walks on it barefoot comments how soft it is. The color variation in the pile doesn't show as much as I expected but we still really like the color. It is a bit darker than it appears in the picture. Would recommend!

Bought the ivory 10x14 and it’s perfect to add a touch of warmth and texture to our Florida tiled floor . Very happy with the quality. Arrives bent so it does need laying out and stretching but within a week laid flat. It’s since been reduced so even better value

Ordered the 5’ round and the 8’ runner in Navy. (Order came with a product name of Milan Shag which caused some confusion.) The products are perfect. Feel plush under feet and after a few days flattened out (came rolled so edges curled a bit). Looks fabulous in our master bathroom.
