A: Hello, The boxed weight of this is 18.1 lbs. It does not come with a cover. I have not seen any reviewer complaints on this particular Shantou South Toys Factory puzzle storage system but if you were unsatisfied with the product in any way it can be returned to any Target store or Target.com.
