Q: The LED's do not light up properly. They are very dim. Can you help?
A: We would like to let you know that there is a brightness button on the control panel. This is located on the right hand side of the Filter Life button. Pressing this button will adjust the brightness between full brightness, partially dim, and fully dim. If pressing this button does not change the brightness of the lights we would recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team at 1-877-581-7375 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm EST, as well as Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

Q: What is the wattage it requires? I had the Dyson hot/cool, but it would trip the circuit in the room I plug it up in. Will that happen with the Shark?
A: I have two, one on each floor. No electrical issues, yet.

Q: What is the type of replacement filter? I am trying to get a cost of the filter.
A: I was just chatting with Shark support about the Shark™ Air Purifier 4. They told me that the HEPA filter part number is HE4FKPET. As I was looking on their website under the parts and accessories section, it seems to be more than one filter model that can possibly be used with the Shark Air Purifier 4. The Anti-Allergen HEPA Filter with Advanced Odor Lock (Model #: HE4FKPET). Anti-Allergen HEPA Filter with Advanced Odor Lock & Fumes Lock (Model #: HE4FKPRO) and the Anti-Allergen HEPA Filter( Model #: HE4FKBAS). But swing by their page and check it out just to make sure.
