The wrap velcros on easily for a perfect fit. It can go larger or smaller if needed. It has a massaging feature that has different settings and the heat feature that delivers a soft heat to those sore areas. You can use it with either or if you need to. This has become my go to for relaxation after a long day of walking at work.

It has helped my Husband and I both sleep so much better at night! Which is great because it has an Auto Shut-off. The heat and massaging feels really great and we also use it for our backs. It's definitely one of the best massagers I have ever used. It's very soft, lightweight, and just feels so great on the skin. It does contain a clay bead filling for weighted pressure relief, but it's still not so heavy that it's uncomfortable. It's just the perfect massager for anyone who suffers from stiff joints and tired muscles. I feel great after using this! Highly recommend!

It definitely relieves some tension and less stuff. It heats up and has 5 different massager feelings. And by the end of using it, it just leaves your knee feeling lightweight and just refreshed. This definitely has helped with my knee pain and I can't reccomend it enough.

It heats up very well but the message aspect of it is definitely not helpful to me at all. It was more of a banging on my knee than it was a message. It should be more of a softer message than a banging type feature.

I tried the Calming Heat Knee Wrap and can honestly say it feels like a hug for my knees. The soft material, variable speed vibrations, the heat options and the ease of use is perfect. The velcro wrap is easy to adjust for the size of your knees and even though it is weighted, it's very comfortable to wear for a great massage. The control is on top of your knee so it's easy to set for your needs and it can be used on either knee as needed. Absolutely better than a heating pad, I highly recommend this to everyone whose knee's "need a hug".

To my surprise it really helped, first let me say its comfortable and easy to use. It has heat and vibrations and adjustable straps makes it fit snuggly. My knees thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This leg wrap is so soothing on tired muscles and enflamed joints.I love how this wrap has variations of heat settings and vibrations.It loosened up the stiffness in my knees and helped me to get moving again.The wrap is soft and fuzzy,it has an adjustable top and bottom strap that velcro on and off easily.This wrap has a corded plug in and you have to basically be in one spot while this wrap works it's magic.I feel like this wrap does such a great job and I highly recommend it!

This is very formfitting and does the job when my knees are irritated after a long day at the mine. I think this is a good value and overall it’s a 10 out of 10

The texture and quality of the product is amazing it's not that cheap material that most knee wraps are made of this one is very high quality which I love. Love that it fits perfectly and stays put in place you can move around with it and it doesn't budge stays just as it should. Large selection of types of pulses 4 - material - soft and comfortable 5 - heat - 3 levels allowing more or less heat as preferred 6 - Safe - auto shut-off after 1 hour I found it very comfortable, warm and soothing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knee wrap has a nice plush feel and is a pleasant color. I was disappointed that it doesn’t really feel weighted to me. The heat and massage are nice. I like how the power button light shows red for high heat setting or orange for low. I wish the massage light indicated which setting it is on. I don’t like how it is adjusted - I feel like it is too loose around my knee and starts to slip down. I can’t get it tight enough, and the flaps seem to encroach on the heated/massage part. (I am an average size, not petite.) The box suggested that it could be used on arms, which I really wanted to try. This was extremely difficult for me to use on my arm because I can’t handle the flaps without help and I can’t make it tight enough to stay on. The Velcro has nothing to catch on and the flaps end up underneath the heated section, which interferes with it. Can’t recommend due to fit issues

This has worked out really well with one exception: occasional knee soreness. I’ve found that warm compresses do wonders to sooth the aches, so I was really curious about the Calming Heat™ Knee Wrap. This wrap promises to combine heat and massage, with 2 heat and 5 massage settings that allow me to customize the treatment. Although it’s called a knee wrap, I can also use it on any part of my legs and arms too (although it would be best for larger arms, not skinny arms like mine). I found the wrap easy to use and really pleasant and soothing. It reminds me of a massage chair… a really small one that I can use on select body parts. The controls are simple to operate, and my knees appreciate the heat function most of all.
