It heats up and gives a massage basically I couldn’t ask for anything more. It’s so nice and it for sure helps me especially after a stressful day at work. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I was tired of trying to get a heating pad wrapped around my neck, and let me tell you, I absolutely love the way this wraps around your neck. No holding in place, no trying to have your head/neck in certain angles to try and hold it when you don't want to. Just wrap it, turn it on and go about your business. I highly recommend this wrap.

It is thin and lightweight and the power cord is nice and long which is good because you have to keep it plugged in while you’re using it. I like that it has three heat settings and three massage settings. I don’t like that it didn’t come with its own usb power supply and you have to use one from another device.

Soft and super easy to use, also comes with a loop, so it will stay wrapped around your neck. I do wish there was maybe velcro instead. Massager piece would be better if there were maybe one on each side, or several smaller ones. There is only in the middle and it feels similar to a battery. Overall it works good.

The Sharper Image Calming Heat neck wrap has been a godsend these last few weeks! The heat and massage levels have been perfect for me! You get the scarf which is easy to wrap and then secure via a built in fabric loop, which places the controls right up front. The included USB-A cable is more than long enough to reach even a wall based USB port on a wall socket. You have three settings for both heat and massage to get that perfect combination! If I had any suggestions for improvement it would be the addition of a USB-C cable or dongle to allow for a more modern power option!

I don’t think the massage feature is that great as of right now …it is rather noisy and the motor doesn’t move around as much as I want it to so it doesn’t reach all the areas I need it to.

The motor is so loud that it is difficult to relax. If using it on lower back it’s not so bad but it’s intended for the neck and when used that close it’s just too loud.

It needs more weight beads to keep it in place closer to the body to be more beneficial to the muscles in the neck and shoulder area. I found it worked great wrapped around my upper leg though.

It has one small massage part that goes on the back of the neck, a heating strip, long power cord (that can also be plugged Into a portable charger if wanted), and it sits on the neck well. I do wish there was maybe two small vibrators and wish the heat stop was a bit longer but overall I like the neck wrap. It advertises weighted beads and I don’t think there’s enough beads in the scarf to give it any weight so that part is a lil dumb to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Calming Heat by Sharper Image Neck Wrap is a cozy and comforting accessory. On the plus side, it is portable due to the USB connector. You could even use this in the car on a long trip. It is adjustable around your neck; both my husband and I find it fits us well. The three heat settings give you options, and the wrap warms up quickly enough. The massage functions are a bit trickier. The highest massage setting is so buzzy that it doesn't feel like it is doing anything other than vibrating incredibly fast. It is almost a comical setting. Ironically, the lowest massage setting seems to be the most effective at actually helping your neck muscles to relax and get some relief. Overall, it is a comfort product rather than a therapeutic one.

It’s very easy to use. You can change the settings on it. I would definitely say that I would recommend this to anyone.
