Q: Hello! I bought this and my son loves it but I have trouble with the connection between the car and the remote control. They didn’t connected well so we can’t use them
A: What's worked for us is to turn the car in first then, within a few seconds, turn the remote on. Then, wait until the light on the remote stops blinking so you know the connection has been made. Also, make sure batteries are fully charged or new. Good luck!

Q: My daughter got these as a Christmas gift. We only played it a few times over the holiday. Now it will not run when placed on the floor. We put in brand new batteries and the wheels run when flipped upside down. Help please!
A: Check to make sure there is not hair wrapped around the axles. We have pets and long-haired folks in our house and this has been a culprit. Good luck

Q: Can this set be used in conjunction with other brands to allow for large group play? I have read that only one set (of the same brand) can be used at a time because of controller interference.
